Dawn is very courteous and professional. She listened to my concern and after doing some tests and asking me some questions, she took care of my problem. I am now almost cured.

Dawn is the absolute best! I started seeing her around 15 years ago and she continues to provide the most personal medical care, in a professional manner, of any doctor I've ever been to. Lake Park Family Practice is the office I refer anyone to, who's looking for a primary care physician. Instead of being treated like just another a number, they treat you as the individual you are. I'm so happy that someone referred me to them when my last doctor retired and I was forced to find someone new.

Love this office! Never had a bad experience with any of the staff I’ve come in contact with, they’re all super friendly and helpful. Dawn is my primary and is the absolute best! I’ve seen other doctors there as well if she’s been unavailable and they’ve all been great as well.
