TL;DR Cut my hair WAY too short 2x. Despite clear instructions and getting confirmation before the cut. I've been going to this location since it was Mr J Salon 4-5 years ago. Since it changed to DAWN, I kept coming back because Nelson did a good job. I've been back 4 times this year since Dawn changed owners/layout of the salon. My mom got her hair done here. She asked for ash and they gave her green they should have just told her they couldn’t do it! I wish I could give them a zero then when she explains how she isn’t happy with the color they say that that’s all they can do and tell her to buy a red shampoo and left her with green/blue hair before her trip! Very disappointed.
Linda knows her craft!!! Best nail tech ever, ever, everrrrrr.
