Please don't believe the word of the contractor & the fake warranty. I used them to put on a brand new roof in 2021. Roof started leaking in February 2022 after much fussing, one guy came out fix something. 2023 around the same time roof leaking, tenant putting out buckets to collect the water during the rain, the owner did nothing. I JUST WANT TO START BY SAYING, I NEVER WRITE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I'M WARNING YOU, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They did a super sloppy job at attempting to fix our roof (other roofers have since commented who have seen their work).They gave us a "10 year warranty" and did not honor it. Now, unfortunately we are having to proceed the legal route as Sunny/Irslan has stopped returning our calls and given us numerous excuses and reschedules obviously stalling us.
