If I could do zero stars I would. This was the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful person I have ever interacting with in a setting where the individual is supposed to behave in a manner compliant with the degrees they hold. My boyfriend just recently went to her and every single time he had a visit he complained about her!! From what he told me she is rude, unprofessional and is not much help at all.. Every time he had a question she would snap at him or not even answer his question. When he would have to go to other places to show certificates, papers, etc. She wouldn’t even give him all of the information and things he needed to do to complete everything.
