Do not bother. Outside work takes precedence. Computer left for 3 weeks. At beginning of 2nd week, it was stated that repair had begun. A week later it was still hooked up to diagnostic equipment but repair had not begun. I picked it up and took it elsewhere.

Best Repair Service – Very professional service. My printer was checked to see the problem. After looking at it, I received a call and was explained my options for repair. The repairs were done after I agreed on them. Outstanding, printer works great.

Terrible. A waste of money and equipment. – I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I sent 2 projectors and a $240 deposit for them to look at the equipment and tell me if they could be reparied. I did not hear from them for weeks. After calling THEM repeatedly I got a call back from the tech, who could not seem to tell me a simple answer: Can it be reparied and if so, when/how much? Really great service!!! – These guys are the only ones I could find in the ATL area that will work on Epson printers. Deanna is very, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It took them a couple of weeks to find the problem(s) so it took almost a month to get my printer back, but this was partially because they had to send it to Epson for a re-furb because of an electrical problem. Excellent Service – Took personal time on Friday evening and Saturday to speak to me at great length! Got my part overnighted and I picked it up 24 hours after I ordered it! Helped me out a great deal, I will always be calling Woody first when I need something for my printer.

Worst repair service I have used. – Kept projector for 3 weeks and did not even look at it. Worst repair service I have ever used. Seemed annoyed that I wanted to know why they could not give me a time frame to even as to how long it would take to even inspect the projector. Do not do business with this company.
