I just celebrated 5 years in my home! I wouldn't be saying this if it weren't for Dawn Dimon! This is no exaggeration! I flew from Oregon to New York because Dawn, whom I was in contact with, obviously knew more about the region than i did by just looking online. I was here for 3 nights! Dawn set aside her schedule so I could see the list of homes I had prepared. She also smoothly navigated the home purchase process navigating between lender, attorney, sellers, and communicating with us. Dawn did an absolutely amazing job helping us list and sell our home in a tough market.
