It’s completely ran by incompetent administrator who allows his staff members to come in when they desire which means canceling classes for other individuals at the last minute I have never been appalled in my life getting a DUI was the easiest this center is the worst thing I ever done. James is absolutely hands down an excellent counselor. His classes are informative and helpful. I have learned quite a bit from him .
The front desk worker is very rude and will even raise her voice trying to make “a point” even though she has given the wrong information. There’s a lack of communication and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this center.
The lady and man who answered the phone are extremely rude. Offered absolutely no help or advice for someone going through a DUI for their first time. I have no idea what I’m doing and need a little more information then blunt questions with no further explanation.
