Horrible customer service doesn't answer phone. Not sure why Court is recommending place. Violaters only have so much time to get signed up or risk Jail. I'd recommend going somewhere with useful staff.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! GO TO BRENTWOOD OR HAYWARD- THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! Terrible, terrible program. They cancel with no warning and have only 1 counselor for 400 people. They consistently cancel groups. You have to wait to even sign up for an orientation, which they made me wait 4 months for, and guess what? When I showed up, they told me it was CANCELLED. No email, no phone call or anything. Save yourself some time save your energy save your life. Don’t utilize this system. Don’t utilize this program. They have no intentions on doing right by the people. It’s completely ran by incompetent administrator who allows his staff members to come in when they desire which means canceling classes for other individuals at the last minute I have never been appalled in my life getting a DUI was the easiest this center is the worst thing I ever done. James is absolutely hands down an excellent counselor. His classes are informative and helpful. I have learned quite a bit from him .
The front desk worker is very rude and will even raise her voice trying to make “a point” even though she has given the wrong information. There’s a lack of communication and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this center.
