When my window was shattered after a storm, USAA dispatched Mr. Kevin from Dawkins Construction to do an appraisal. While the total was under the insurance deductible, I asked them to go ahead and do the repairs and get the new window and I’ll pay for it out-of-pocket. I had to get a new roof on my home. I got three different quotes, and chose Dawkins. Their estimator was really great, knowledgeable, good follow up, and great choice of shingles. They did my 1,000 square foot home’s roof in one day. Awesome employees and a wonderful job. Definitely would use again for any home repairs or renovations. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻

My experience was not good. Once they finally came out to do an assessment of what needed to be done, it took over a month before I heard back from them. Had to call a few times. Once the work was started , it took months and months for it to be completed and it wasn't a fix that required that much time, they were simply horrible with call backs and follow ups.  The work itself wasn't done right the first time which lead to  more time to fix the actual problem. Dawkins Construction just finished repairs on my ceiling from water damage. They did an outstanding job. Polite, reliable, a very pleasant experience and the quality of work appears to be high.

Great people to work with! Got right to work and cleaned up after every thing was finished up.
