Terrible Grooming – I took my in for a simple bath and to get his nails trimmed. They told me it would take two hours. When I showed up he was still soaking wet inside of his cage and his nails hadn't been cut. When I asked why the girl behind the counter just shrugged and said they forgot. I asked them to dry him off a little more and they brought me a towel. Some service!
