Absolutely shocking service.....rudest receptionists I've ever encountered...doctors are so rude, arrogant and unsympathetic...its impossible to get through on the phones and when you do there is not a single available appointment....I have a child that can't breath and need an inhaler but to be told to seek help somewhere else like 111 or a&e is absolutely inadequate.....if I could award no stars I would.....29 phone calls to get through for 8am to 9.25am....had the phone out down on me 28 times.....no queuing or line....ju... read more

This is the worst practice ever!!! The staff are extremely unhelpful, rude and incompetent! You are never able to book an appointment unless it’s same day, which I. Fact is false information as all practices offer bookable appointments within the next 48hrs! Also the log in has not worked for years therefore if staff members are on the phone e and you have been stuck in traffic, they abuse the 10 minute grace! Also the call waiting system is appalling.
