I found this practice much more efficient than the one next door. Repeat prescriptions and general admin from the staff/ referral procedures seem to have been good.
My worst experience ever. I book an appoinment they said you are inactive patient because you are registered with university, i am not a student from 3 years how i registered with university then. That guys never ever discuss my test results amd scans and said re-register again. Worst experience ever

I have been with this practice for roughly 30 years and have nothing but praise for the staff and medics who continue to operate under difficult circumstances. Treatment has slways been first class especially from Doctor Majumdar. Could I respectfully suggest that all the naysayers who threaten to leave do so, and make life easier for the rest of us. Thankyou.
Rude receptionist, can’t book an appointment however many weeks infront! Not like i needed sand day which I would have understood! Joke of a system, RUDE RUDE RUDE!
