Very reliable pharmacy
I have been a costumer for over 13 years and it’s safe to say they’ve put my life in jeopardy over a dozen times. My last straw was when they forgot to restock insulin. I am a type one diabetic and it is essential that I need that medication in order to live. When they told me that I instantly began to panic. I was faced with very rude remarks and overall attitude. worst pharmacy in the city of Toronto! Only pharmacy in Toronto that never has clients medication in a stock like how do you forget to restock insulin when You have clients that been costumers for over 10 years. And then offer zero help to clients on finding insulin for type one diabetes client. Refused to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy Not the first time they have no stock of clients medication either!!!
Unlike big pharmacy chains, Dawes Drug Mart conveys high professionalism but also has that family business feel, which has made me feel welcome at every single visit. Not only has the pharmacist ensured timely renewals of my prescription by communicating with my doctor, but also remembers my name and my circumstances. This personal touch has convinced me that I am in good hands at Dawes Drug Mart. I recommend this pharmacy over the big chains any day!
