I love the staff here, but the pharmacist Marlene is truly the best. She has taken care of my mom, my grandmother, and now my family as well. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to make you feel comfortable and informed before giving you your medication. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.
Lovely people at this pharmacy! Very helpful and caring. I’d rather spend my money here than at the big corporate pharmacy’s!
Very reliable pharmacy
I have been a costumer for over 13 years and it’s safe to say they’ve put my life in jeopardy over a dozen times. My last straw was when they forgot to restock insulin. I am a type one diabetic and it is essential that I need that medication in order to live. When they told me that I instantly began to panic. I was faced with very rude remarks and overall attitude. worst pharmacy in the city of Toronto! Only pharmacy in Toronto that never has clients medication in a stock like how do you forget to restock insulin when You have clients that been costumers for over 10 years. And then offer zero help to clients on finding insulin for type one diabetes client. Refused to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy Not the first time they have no stock of clients medication either!!!
