Tom and his crew are top notch. I called stating the issue i was having with my explorer and Tom told me what he thought the problem sounded like and suggested i bring it in to diagnose exactly the problem, sure enough he was on point and took care of the crucial complex issue These guys are extremely knowledgeable in their trade, doesn't try to upsell, friendly...just good people.
