Dawan is very experienced, She doesn’t waist your time, She does her job very well!You will be happy with a smile 😁
Dawan is very rude! I work at a dealership and I have never dealt with so much attitude from a insurance broker when I am just trying to help a MUTUAL customer. I asked for a simple fix to an ID card (which could've been avoided if she knew how to do her job). She refused to help me because she was leaving for the day at 2 pm even though they close at 5 pm. VERY unprofessional and nasty.
Great experience highly recommend.
