I’ve have used this surgery for 10 years and every member of staff has been fantastic. I have just moved to a new area and hope that my new surgery is as good.
Unacceptable and impersonal service especially when using the Ask My GP website. If these requests are not seen by clinicians how can patients be confident that the staff who are triaging them are sufficiently medically trained to judge whether a patient needs advice/help from a GP. I was advised by way of an impersonal on line response to an Ask My GP request to contact a pharmacy. When I did this I was then asked if I had contacted 111. My doctor is fabulous Dr Kumar Yes it's busy so I'm guessing people like the centre otherwise move stop moaning It's getting back to normal now after covid I have no complaints.
