People are always nice and friendly. I never have problems. They have on site parking, portable potty and garbage cans. Dont make a mess.
They have parking, which is helpful. My appointment was at 2:00 PM, but I checked in at 7:00 AM and got a door right away. Still, they told me not to open the trailer doors until the shipper gave the go-ahead. They checked the seal and reefer temperature first, then finally started unloading at 1:00 PM and finished by 2:00 PM. Even if you arrive early and get a door, don’t expect them to unload you until close to your appointment time. Plan your day accordingly.
They are not very specific about how to do their docking and if you don’t follow their directions ( which every person you ask tells different) they will refuse your load. Lady in the check in office says they open your doors from the inside and they don’t , another guy told me to pull up so I could open my doors, then another came over and asked why my doors were open , that since he didn’t break the seal they may refuse the load.
