Run for your lives! This developer will rip you off and leave you devastated! They take short cuts on the building process and as soon as problems arise (which I guarantee will) they won’t cover any warranty and just run away and leave you totally devastated and well and truly out of pocket. Shame on them! They are just crooks! Not worth any rating at all!
The attached photo says it all, this is my apartment at Aspect Murarrie. It remains uninhabitable from water ingress/storm damage back in 2019. Developer David Tran was BC Chairman at the time and rather than replacing his buildings leaking windows l was served legal papers accusing me of drilling 10mm holes in the buildings window frames (Go me … 60+ yr old disability pensioner). THIS MAN IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. ALL I CAN SAY IS WHAT HE IS DOING IS ABUSE! I AM A 16 YEAR OLD GIRL IN OUT OF HOME CARE, I WAS UNABLE TO LIVE THE LIFE I DESERVED WITH THE ONES I LOVED DUE TO THIS MAN! - Not even a one star, this man goes well into the negatives!
