This location fosters a hostile work environment. If you have respect, stay to yourself, and are good at your job, you will be rewarded with mistreatment from both coworkers and leadership. It's honestly disturbing that this place is still operating. The behavior here is childish, mean-spirited, and completely unprofessional. This is not a community or "village". The fact that these individuals are responsible for "helping" patients is alarming.

I no longer feel welcome at the broad & federal location! I repeatedly asked for a social worker to call me, a temporary one called and lied to me! She stated that she is not here for me or my concerns! She repeatedly tried to hang up, but I informed her I would report her, so she didn’t. All this transpired because I wanted a chronic kidney card that I hadn’t gotten since Oct of 2023 and bills that I keep receiving, but she stated she is only for workers concerns! Her total demeanor was horrendous!
