Pretty sure they violated hippa I ask multiple time for my phone number to be changed and it never was. They left a VM on an old number explaining what they needed for my exam

I will not be returning to this facility. It is a personal, embarrassing visit in the first place but what they give you for a gown is absolutely degrading. There is no side coverage and only goes to your belly button. As a middle aged heavy set woman this was terrible and when combined with the uncaring manhandled, I left feeling terrible about myself and the experience. This is not how you expect in such a sensitive visit.

Culture at Optum is very accepting of unprofessional behavior and incompetence of some staff. Incompetence is exposed, when I ask you to explain what you're doing and you can't explain. This is not acceptable to me, so I did not complete my appointment and will go elsewhere.

I looked them up on Google and they say they’re open till seven. I called to confirm and their answering service says they’re open until seven. I drive across town to get an x-ray and arrived at 4:50. They close at five. Their doors are all locked up already. Optum doesn’t seem to care if they waste their patients’ time. They can’t seem to keep track of their social media presence or their own phone messages. All this doesn’t give me much faith in their ability to keep track of my health. My primary care provider ordered a chest X-ray for me. I was told by the radiology scheduler that they would be down for eight days. It's a good thing I'm not sick or maybe I am but won't know for another week now. Ever since Optum took over from DaVita health service has been going downhill fast.
