Almost an hour waiting for the shelter to come. Also driver driving texting.
Scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon at 345. Took off work, drove across town. They are closed and the office manager Marie who picked up phone laughed and am said “oh that’s a mistake we don’t work on wednesdays hahaha you will have to reschedule another time” She did nothing to help. Don’t waste your time.
