If I could rate this Davita westside a zero I would. This location by far is the worst location. I have been with Davita since it was ABQ health partners back in 2014. I have been to Journal Center and normally go to the one in Rio Rancho. I have never encountered a problem until I went to this location and saw their nurse practitioner Barbara. First off, Barbara initially comes off as nice. But that is truly fake. She will tell you to get off of a medication that you have been on for a decade just because she doesn't like i... read more
Doctors are friendly as well as receptionist, BUT, what good is a doctor if you can,t get your prescription. Been waiting 9 days after contacting pharmacy and personally going to Davida med office 3 times. I think that the medical assts (some) don't have a clue. they say, yes we'll send the request to the doctor and then limbo . what happens. Here I am hurting and out of my medication and they still can' manage to send a fax to the pharmacy. I don't really know who to complain to, so this is my next best next option. Maybe s... read more

Terrible. Due to work I am limited as to when I can come in. I scheduled an appointment a month and a half in advance only to be told they had “accidentally scheduled me incorrectly” and would not be able to do my physical that day. I was told this at check in. Shouldn’t someone have caught this BEFORE I came in? Billing has been a nightmare.
