The staff was not friendly toward myself or my kids. Not very good listeners nor are they attentive. Seems as though they have a very generic answer prepared for everything and they arent really willing to go the extra mile even in the smallest way. We requested a note that specified that our child could use a medication at school and we were pretty much told no. Love this place just switched over from pres and by far the best very nice fast and kind people my dr evanko is the best
Every time I've had to deal with the front desk staff, they are super rude. As far as being rude to my 7year old when he tries to make conversation. My doctor was great and was treated well by him. But because of the treatment by staff, I'll be driving further for better service.
