I feel that since the Office has grown and moved it has been quite unorganized and too busy to give the patients the time needed. The Receptionists are way to busy doing what it seems to be nothing. Basically coming to work but barely giving a good days of work. It has become too busy where you are on hold way too long and when the Receptionist answer the phone they seem too preoccupied to engage you but seem to rather try to rush you off the phone. Beware!!! Dr. Robert L Davison, without knocking first walked in while I was getting dress right after having an EKG done. Dr. Davison NEVER apologized for walking in without knocking first. When I tried to discuss an issue regarding his staff he talked over me and would not listen. He complained about now being 45 minutes late because he took time to talk to me regarding my issue with his staff. Scheduled a telehealth appointment for my father. I was told it was at 1:00 on Monday and I would receive a link about 15 minutes prior to the appointment. Confirmed the appointment in the morning and was told the appointment was at 1:15. At 1:30, had not received a link or a call. Called and was told the doctor is running behind and the appointment is actually at 1:30. Waited until 2:30 and no call or link was received. It's now 4:00 and still no word from the doctor's office. Not a good first impression at all!!!
