Get a 2nd opinion before you commit. Had them out today because we had a gurgle in our tub drain every time we flushed the toilet. Plumber came out and “looked” at this and that but by the time came on prognosis the estimate was anywhere from $1100 to let’s say $3500. The middle to high end would have required them to cut the wall where the vent pipe is (repairs on home owner) to even determine if it was a clogged vent pipe (which) it wasn’t. We had a problem with our generator. I called the next morning and they were on site within 3 hours and fixed the issue
