Called on a Saturday morning before 8am for a burst main water line coming into the house. The lady said they would get back to me in 15 minutes. Never got a call back. So I scheduled someone else and got it fixed within a few hours. I received a text Sunday that I had an appointment for Monday (which I never scheduled). I then called and cancelled it.
