We hired Ed Guerricabeitia back in 2019. He worked very hard for us and was able to get several matters resolved and won 2 lawsuits. We also hired him to help our adult son in a probate case. We do not have anything bad to say. You need the best attorney to go against a builder or a fire caused by others, We highly suggest you retain Ed. We will use him in the future show we ever need him. We rate him A++++++++!

I hired Mike Band to help me with a new construction contract, he was able to quickly see the many deficiencies in the GC’s proposed contract, and also was able to fix it quickly to be in line with industry standard. He highlighted my risk areas and was able to shed light on the industry norms and practices. He worked very efficiently and answered all my questions and concerns.
