I was told they would charge me $650 to pull the truck out of the ditch onto the main road (just couple of feet) I told them specifically, if anything changes to let me know and that they are not authorized to do anything else without my approval (This was confirmed via text message as well) However, long story short we got charged $3,793.01 instead of $650 as promised. Our RV lost power on the hwy and they came to tow to where we wanted it to be serviced The 2 men were very knowledgeable and very careful with our RV. From hooking it up to driving it 6 miles up the road. This was our first experience needing a tow and the company and workers were great! TY Davis Wrecker Serv.
