Everyone are so professional and friendly at the same time especially, Dr. Che, Filipina Receptionist and Michael Kid . Great prices and huge selection of frames. Me and my husband had a great experience with them.
I just went there to have my glasses tightened. I was greeted nicely and did not have to wait. I had 2 pairs of glasses and the man there adjusted them both and cleaned them and waited while I tried them on. He did a perfect job and I had a very good experience..
The manager Jim there is phenomenal. I came in hoping my frames could be repaired, but there was no chance. I was going to pay out of the pocket for the same frames, because you know I can't see without my glasses. With the great staff putting my lenses in the frames, the kind man said you're just a little over warranty. He gave me the frames free of charge. This great man made my day. I'm so grateful. Visionworks is terrible if you have a complicated prescription. My glasses were order on 4/8. I have been waiting 6 weeks already & was told on 5/16 that they are delayed yet again. This is absurd & ridiculous, but I have no choice but to use them because of my insurance. If you have a choice, DON"T USE THEM!
