Been trying to call and speak with an associate at the Yonkers location for weeks. Their online portal has virtually no appointments. I wound up going to Lens Crafters. They picked up the phone!

They were very helpful with my girls when one needed several adjustments done to her glasses because her face is small and she wanted a larger size frame. My other daughter picked a round frame and they worked with her to adjust the frame till she was comfortable with the way she saw things.
