They asked if I wanted my eyes checked for contact lenses and I agreed. When they asked me to buy contact lenses and I refused, they charged me $115 for the contact lens exam. I asked why wasn’t I informed about the price and the guy their said someone at the front desk should have informed me??!! This place is horrible! I called the corporate office and I got nothing but “we’re sorry”. So, now you know what to expect if you go. Incompetence and unprofessionalism.

The optometrist was fine. In fact, she was good. However, the customer service was extremely terrible. This was the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. There was one female worker who made a mistake, but she didn't want to acknowledge it and tried to cover it up. She pretended she didn't know anything about it and passed on her mistake to other coworkers, including her manager, which wasted my time. This is the worst customer service of a vision store. Google is full of fake review. Go to nearby vision stores if you wanna save you time.

Had an awesome experience at this location. Dr. Jean-Baptiste was very thorough with my eye exam and Garfield was helpful in assisting me to choose my new frames. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly as well. Additionally, my glasses were prepared the same day! I'll definitely be coming back for any other frames/lenses/exams.
