Great customer service, very friendly
This is my 1st time coming here. I had a wonderful experience choosing my glasses thanks to Madeleine. She is very nice and friendly. They were so patient and helpful, guiding me through different styles and making sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Highly recommend their service!
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I came in to pick up my glasses through Davis Vision, the front desk staff were unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of clearly explaining why my information wasn’t showing in their system, they acted clueless and even laughed while I was trying to get help. One staff member did attempt to “assist,” but the way she spoke came off as rude and unkind, which made the whole interaction feel unnecessarily unpleasant.
