This company shouldn’t exist. Complete trash. I hope to never work for a company that offers vision coverage from this place. If you get offered insurance from this company just turn it down and put away money each month yourself. This applies to providers and customers. Just archaic.
Horrible company . . . little to no customer service. Agents only hung up on me twice today, so not as bad as usual. Customer service does not know how to assist with claims issues, nor do they care. This organization has no right to be a business.
Zero Customer Service, Don't want to even give it a star. They don't answer emails and when they do they send them encrypted, then tell you to respond back unencrypted which cant be done. And if you call, you open tickets that NEVER get completed or resolved.
