Zero Customer Service, Don't want to even give it a star. They don't answer emails and when they do they send them encrypted, then tell you to respond back unencrypted which cant be done. And if you call, you open tickets that NEVER get completed or resolved.
For over 15 years, we’ve been providers for multiple insurance companies and I can wholeheartedly say Versant Health is by far the worst! It’s so bad that in good conscience I have to write this negative review to bring awareness to any business considering becoming a provider of theirs. The absolute worst. We have been trying to credential doctors for 6 months and each time we follow up they say they have no records they will escalate a ticket to have this handled and with 24-48 hours someone will give us a call or email and they never do. We have given every name of each person we have spoke with and still nothing. I just called and a rep answered the call but never said anything. I wanted to see how long the rep would keep me on hold without saying anything and it was 25 mins. Meanwhile they played music ... read more
