Profoundly unprofessional. Sent our invoices to someone they knew we were in active legal action with instead of us. Literally giving them printed evidence for court that we were behind on our bills. We asked them multiple times for a way to pay and it took 11 months to get the info. Service dept was great, but billing works like a much smaller and more incompetent company.
Terrible! Alarm siren won't reset or silence. Have been on hold for 5 hours! Horrible response! Would not recommend to anybody!
