I would like to bring to your attention a compliment, to Lisa Estall, for the way she handled a difficult matter professionally, that led to a positive outcome and provided peace of mind for the insured. A carrier issued a 10 day, policy, cancellation letter to an insured, which have several minor issues and 1 issue that was not properly diagnosed. Lisa is very professional and provides excellent service. I switched auto insurance providers and definitely have the best rates around. She is very responsive and proactive and a pleasure to work with. I had a recent incident, and she worked with the provider on my behalf and took away the stress and anxiety of the situation.
