We would like to sincerely thank Stacy Valcourt for her outstanding assistance. We had been harassed by the president of our homeowners association for a Certificate of Liability Insurance. That certificate was submitted to them on June 20th. It showed our name as the insured for the installation of an air conditioning unit in our home. I have a pending claim and have had excellent help from Stacy Valcourt and also from Nataly Miguel. They have both gone above and beyond to make it easier for us by checking and making the calls necessary to help us. I am more than satisfied with the way they are handling our claim.

I am new to the insurance world and today I signed up with Davis & Towle for renters and auto insurance. Emily was incredible and so easy to work with. She was Very patient, professional,and helpful.
