I gave Davis and Towle 1 star because Google will not allow less than 1 star. This is hands down the worst Insurance Agency on the planet. I just found out that I have been driving without Insurance for 3 weeks after being told on the day my policy was set to lapse, by an employee of Davis and Towle, that I was "all set." Due to the lapse in coverage on my policy, I now need to spend an extra $1000 on a six month policy that I would have never let lapse if Davis and Towle just informed me that I was not "all set."
