Measurements are not accurate for the 250BL pack pannier. It is clearly 14 inches instead of the 16 inches claimed. It won't fit the cooler we specifically bought it for, which should have had plenty of space to fit in. Customer service was not helpful and did not take responsibility for the incorrect claims on their website. Now we need to buy other panniers from another company. Affording them is a challenge for a small non-profit.
