To say Nate was amazing would be an understatement! He went way above and beyond for us out of staters to find our dream location in the mountains of Colorado. He traveled over half the state working with us in this process. At the same time, he shared his expertise on the things to be aware of that were different from the state we were moving from. Nate was incredible as he helped us sell our condo in Fort Collins and move into a single family home in Windsor. Our condo sold fast (4 days) and for the full listing pricing that we wanted. As we looked at homes, Nate's expert advice was so appreciated to make sure that we got a home that checked every box!
