RUDE !! Called and asked one question and he said NO NEW CLIENTS AND HUNG UP!
If I could give zero stars I would! Very rude gentleman answered the phone and I was inquiring about getting taxes done and had a quick question about Minnesota state taxes since this was my first year filing in Minnesota and he said he wouldn't answer my question or take on a new client and then just hung up on me!! Was rather unprofessional in my opinion!!
Saved me from the IRS. Merlin does great work!
