I absolutely love my dentist. The staff are exceptional and I look forward to my cleanings because the hygienist Porshe takes her time. My family comes to Dr. Davis.
I had an appointment with Dr. Davis and there was a mixup regarding the time. I arrived to the appointment at the time I was given, but was told that since I did not make the time that they had in their system I need to make another appointment. I explained that I was off work and had an appointment scheduled and that I wanted to see the Dentist. The office manager did not allow me to see the dentist that day. The office manager was rude and unprofessional. This office exhibited very poor customer service.
