Last week I made an appointment for 2pm today with Dr Jensen for a consult for a colonoscopy that I need. I walked in the office at 1:45pm, no other patients in the room. I was ignored for a while and then asked my business. When I said I had an appt at 2:00 or 2:30 I was given a look of disbelief. I gave the lady my name and she said they cancelled my appointment. No reason. I took off half a day of work to be here. I can't just take off willy Nilly! I have a job and I need to work
The nurses and doctors were very friendly and thorough with letting you know what is going to take place for the surgery being done. Didn't have a single complaint and appreciate the service they provided.
