OVERPRICED!!! – This place gave me a quote of $250/treatment (laser)for a small area of hair removal. I found a great place that did the treatments for $60 with complimentary follow-up touch ups.

Not Recommended – Regarding their laser services - overpriced, unfriendly and ineffective overall. I had laser done, and the hair actually came back worse because there are apparently certain areas which more professional places do not treat (such as the upper arms), because the laser can trigger more hair growth. The laser was very overpriced - even by New York standards. Yes, it's clean and prompt - but I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Highly effective electrolysis. – In one month, she was able to get rid of hairs that a year's worth of visits to Image Care in Inman Square didn't budge. Highly effective, and highly recommended. They also offer a student discount.

High tech equipment – I had some persistent chin hairs that they removed quickly. Equipment seemed newer and more efficient . They don't list their fees for electrology which I find confusing. Pricing should be transparent. I was totally overcharged for bikini and underarm laser (by about $200; would have paid that much less in California). Would not go back here for laser. Okay for electrology if you just have a few hairs (around $25-30 for 15 minutes).
