Great range of products and reasonable prices. Very wide range of styles and staff are very friendly and helpful. They'll try to order your colour or size if not on the shelf.
Walked in. Them: ‘What’ Me: ‘Huh?’ Them: ‘What do you want?’ Me: ‘Nails’ Them: ‘we don’t have nails get out.’ Horrible service. So rude.
Wonderful service, knowledgeable staff. My husband and I went to the store on a Saturday morning and the young man who served us is so polite and professional. He showed us the globe options, for narrow pendent lighting. When I say showed us, he turned off the store lighting and put two different light globes into the power socket so we could see the different lighting effect. Don’t get service like that at Bunnings!
Arrived at the store looking to purchase a ceiling fan , As soon as I walked in I Was greeted by a very friendly lady by the name of Lisa , Lisa was very helpful with the fan I wanted . 10/10 customer service Will be definitely shopping with them again. Thanks again Lisa & Davis & Spence
