We recently had our shingle roof replaced, even though it was only about eight years old. The previous roofer who put it in told us it had a long guarantee, but we later found out it only covered the shingles themselves. He arrived right on time, carefully checked the whole roof and gutters, and clearly explained what actually needed to be fixed. After a big storm, a tree crashed onto my house. Once the tree was cleared away, I reached out to a local roofing company to check for any roof damage.
