The AC repair service I used was exactly as they promised. They quoted a price and stuck to it, unlike other services that try to add hidden costs. They even subtracted the price of the initial quote from the total cost. Their technician, Damon, was both knowledgeable and polite. While they did reschedule the job twice, they ultimately completed it only one day later than originally planned in Yuba City. I would definitely use their AC repair services again.

Spent a fair bit of time researching AC units, trying to determine the best fit for my home. Only one person, Taylor (if my memory serves me right), approached me to offer assistance. His guidance was invaluable in helping me select an AC model. I ended up choosing a floor model. Unfortunately, it didn't come with any protective packaging. Taylor and Emmanuel arrived promptly to install our new HVAC system and thermostat. Their professional demeanor and teamwork were impressive. They began work at 8 am and completed the task by noon in Yuba City. They also took the time to explain everything we needed to know about our new system. We're thrilled to now have a functional heating system. Notably, they even provided us with space heaters to use for the one day in between scheduling and installation.
