Ive done business with these people for years without incident until today, I was told yesterday to drop my van off to have a tune up done and an Serpentine belt installed...I was told upon my arrival that Phil wasnt sure he could get to me this week so, I left my van to be worked on and before I could turn around I was told that the work was done, the problem is the bill, I agreed to one price but, was charged.another that I did not agree to, a difference if 175 dollars, I did not authorize the work to be done at that price... read more

Horrible service. Will take advantage of females. Had front axle replaced in my mini van. 2 months later it went out again. When they had my van they went through my glove box took the receipt that showed were I had got it done and then gaslighted me and said they had never replaced anything on my van. When I went to dig out my receipt the guy laughed. When I confronted him, he said there was not a thing I could do about it. It was his word against mine. The whole team treated me like garbage. I have not had work done here but I was calling places about a job quote and it was reasonable.
