It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Moon. He was really interested in my Mother's care. She's 96 and at her age some Doctors don't take there time with people her age. He made sure she understood and was comfortable with what he would be doing for her. The office staff was very pleasant as well.
The building was fine . But I wasn’t please with Dr. Moon. He does a lot of contradicting his self and. He has a way of fast talking you. In my opinion he makes up his own way of doing things and doesn’t feel the need to have a conversation with the patient. I wouldn’t recommend him as a doctor to anyone else. On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a overall 2
He was very pleasant and personable.I found him to be very thorough in explaining everything and making me a essential part of my treatment. I'm glad to have him as part of my medical team. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Moon was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything where we could understand it. He seemed to be compassionate and caring.
