The neighborhood is nice. The people are good. The homes built by Pulte were not done well. It is clear from my experience and from talking to my neighbors that the homes built for us were not built under proper supervision. Part of my home is still unfinished. When I asked Pulte, they said sometimes the area in question gets finished, sometimes it doesn't. Regional management knows but doesn't care. They just want to close the deal, let their fixers handle the long term complaints, and get back to selling undercooked homes ... read more
Pulte builds fast, not well. Low quality. A year later, my home’s full of issues and they’ve completely vanished after the warranty expired. Regret this purchase.
I have been working with Stacy and she has been absolutely amazing. Very easy to get a hold of and has made sure to stay in communication throughout.
