I just completed my one year anniversary and I am happy with the quality of my home. My warranty manager Cynthia Llamas has helped me keep my home in tip top shape. It gives me great peace of mind that I have someone so patient and intelligent to contact and consult when there is an issue that needs addressing . Cynthia promptly remedies the situation. I love my home. I know I made the right decision and am very grateful for the care and attention that has been given after a year of having purchased my home.

Ana was phenomenal, she helped us decide which floor plan and structural changes would meet the needs and wants of our family all while staying within our budget. Our construction manager was Javi and we can not say enough good things.
