Same issue as everyone else. No bill was ever sent but was turned into collections for $21. Where there's smoke there's fire. Good way to get a class action lawsuit filed against you.
Wow. Just like everyone else, I didn't even know I owned money and they sent me to collections. Shouldn't there be a law against that?
They sent me to collection for an unpaid bill of $18.10 without ever sending me an actual bill to pay. Some people should just not be in business!
Never answers the damn phone! Rarely ever calls back. The wife and I have been dealing with these people for months now. It's getting old.
