This review concerns Rachael Stensrud. I will start by sharing that I saw Rachael a few years ago, so this particular review is dated. However, I have since learned that she has done the same thing to multiple other women, so I could no longer sit idly by. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. My family had a good experience about a year ago, nice little place. I reached out again for services and Lisa at the front desk was awful. I was treated poorly and told of other counseling agencies in the area such as Hope counseling that I’m pretty sure the gal that runs that place got fired from here. Zero empathy for someone dealing with mental health and the counselor was suppose to meet with via zoom and didn’t show up then told me since appointment was missed their policy w... read more
