My experience was not great, I reserved a room at the Wheel Inn early in the day, as I was expecting to stay in town. My plans changed however and I tried to cancel my reservation well in advance of my designated "check-in" time but was unable to do so, they did not answer the phone, they did not respond to my e-mails, and would not return text messsges.
