Cordial and personable on the phone Friday 04/16/2021. Scheduled an onsite visit Tuesday for Tuesday afternoon 04/20/2021. He sent text when on the way and again when he arrived. Electronic presence very acceptable. I was in a conference call when he arrived so my wife stepped out to discuss our pool. She wasn't able to find him at the front and circled around to find him already in backyard by the pool. Mind you, there are 3 vehicles in the driveway and an open garage door. Jack and his team have no interest in maintaining pool chemistry or properly cleaning the pool. They don't rinse out the skimmer baskets or seat them properly in the well. They don't test the pool chemistry. I had zero free chlorine just 2 days after service. The pH was way too high as well as the CYA. The pool was very cloudy one time and they did nothing about it when they came out. I had to call them back to fix their sub-par work. I called on a Friday afternoon. They were on-site within an hour. Diagnosed the problem, picked up the parts, and had us operational again that same afternoon. Friendly and professional, while practicing good social distancing. Highly recommend.
