I ask what their rate was & I was told $135 per hour, okay. He arrived & spent 20 minutes installing my new faucet. He gave me my bill which they conveniently forgot to tell me they would be charging $25 for gas & $15 for mis. There was no mis. I was told it included glue & etc., which definitely not us. No I wouldn't recommend these people.
The gentleman was in and out in no time and fixed the problem, the bill was reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
In-laws called this plumbing service regarding not having water. Showed up and stated they needed a new well pump. I checked the well for my in-laws myself that evening and the well was dry. Short storey there was nothing wrong with the pump. Pressure switch did need to be replaced which plumber did. Plumber himself had a pleasant demeanor but like most other comments on here the wife/secretary is a completely arrogant and dismissful person who doesn't deserve anyone's business.
I had an extremely disappointing experience, the level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty was astounding. I initially called them for what seemed like a minor issue, but they quickly exaggerated the problem, insisting that it required expensive repairs. They are IDIOTS, dishonest, overcharge, and do not deliver quality work. Save yourself the headache and find a reliable professional.
